• Remember that if you place your order on a Friday after 2pm, on a weekend or holiday, it will not be processed until the next business day.

• Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT) but no other tax, fee, tariff or surcharge.

Exchanges and Returns:

Our products have a 2-year warranty. This warranty does not cover improper use or other use that is not attributable to a manufacturer or garment defect and failure to follow the indicated washing care. The warranty document is the purchase invoice, which you will receive by email when you pay for your purchase

From receipt of the order, the customer has 14 calendar days to return the product, as long as they notify it in advance by email to

• The item must be in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once received, we will inspect the item and proceed to refund the amount of the item(s), excluding the cost of shipping costs.

• The customer will bear the costs of return shipping whenever it is made for reasons not attributable to SENSEI.

• The entire process should not exceed 30 days from receipt of the order

• Steps to follow for the return:

1) Write to us at indicating the order number and the items you want to return. In the subject you must put: RETURN
2) We will send you a document that you must add to the outside of the package and take it to your nearest post office or wait for the carrier to collect it.
3) A Once we receive the garment, we will check its condition and proceed with the return, excluding shipping costs.

To make changes to sizes or garments, a return of the item to be exchanged and a new order must be made. We will not accept returns or exchanges with postage due
To request the exchange follow the same steps described in returns but in the subject of the email you must put: CHANGE

• Products that have been personalized or made to measure for the customer are exempt from returns.
• In the event of a defect or manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs will be borne by charge of, as long as the return has been made following the steps described above.
